Like we did in the fight over SOPA, it is time to get involved and protect Net Neutrality. Today a great group of 11 Senators wrote to FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler urging him to avoid the \u201cpay-to-play\u201d fiasco that is potentially looming and could eviscerate Net Neutrality.<span> <\/span>The letter which you can find <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wyden.senate.gov\/download\/?id=54fa5f99-47c8-47be-93c1-46374e531e1a&amp;download=1\">here<\/a>, also urges the FCC to, in essence, adopt a Title II approach for the Rules.<span> <\/span>This would strengthen the FCC\u2019s ability to protect the Open Internet and satisfy the Courts.<span> <\/span>As we <a href=\"http:\/\/www.domaincrunch.com\/fcc-proposed-rule-making-on-net-neutrality-changes-coming-next-week\/\">previously reported<\/a>, there is a need to reclassify Broadband under Title II protection &#8211; treat it like a common carrier and keep the lines open.<span> <\/span>We cannot afford to allow \u201ctoll lanes\u201d on the Internet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Take the time and also thank the following United States Senators for standing up for our Internet:<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Ron Wyden <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wyden.senate.gov\/contact\/\">http:\/\/www.wyden.senate.gov\/contact\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Charles E.
