If you have over 2 years of experience as a Licensed Salesperson, you can start the process to apply for your New York State Broker’s License, enabling you to open or manage your own agency or brokerage firm. Salespersons who earned their license before July 2008 must complete the 30-hour Remedial course in addition to the 45-hour Broker Course.<\/span><\/p>\n
