No personal or business tax returns are required, and we can close within 2 weeks of third-party reports. 2-year interest-only term with a clear exit strategy. Qualifying property types: multifamily, mixed-use, industrial, manufacturing, office, warehouse, retail, mobile home parks and self-storage.

Our CRE Credit Tenant Loan program provides $5-$70 million with a max LTV of 70%. This fully amortized fixed rate program is non-recourse and perfect for industrial, manufacturing, office, warehouse, and retail property types.
