Smaller loans make it possible to combine just a few properties under one loan. Larger loan amounts are ideal for experienced investors who want to leverage their entire portfolio and access equity.
We do make an exception for loan amounts over 5 million. If it’s a strong borrower, we can get exceptions up to 10 million.
