  • Minimum DSCR: 1.15 (lower by exception), qualified via 15 or 30-year amortization
  • Up to 75 LTV (higher by exception)
  • May consist of 1 commercial unit and up to 3 residential units
  • Must be > 50% residential square footage
  • Allowed on both primary residences and investment properties🏡
  • Eligible borrowers include: Non-Permanent Resident Aliens, and ITIN & DACA (primary residence only)
  • 1 appraisal required for loan amounts to $2MM on purchase transactions
