- Allowed across all income types (full doc, bank statement, 1099, DSCR, asset qualifier, P&L, WVOE)
- Minimum DSCR: 1.15 (lower by exception), qualified via 15 or 30-year amortization
- Up to 75 LTV (higher by exception)
- May consist of 1 commercial unit and up to 3 residential units
- Must be > 50% residential square footage
- Allowed on both primary residences and investment properties🏡
- Eligible borrowers include: Non-Permanent Resident Aliens, and ITIN & DACA (primary residence only)
- 1 appraisal required for loan amounts to $2MM on purchase transactions
- Licensed in 48 states
