Manufactured Homes

• Construction Date: Must be built after June 15, 1976.
• Permanent Installation: Must be permanently fixed to the land.
• Ownership: Must be in fee simple.
• HUD Certification: A HUD certification plate or label must be present on the manufactured home.
• Removal of Mobility Features: All axles, wheels, and towing mechanisms must be removed.
• Size Requirements:
• Minimum 12 feet wide.
• Minimum 600 sq. ft. of gross living area.
• Location: Must be situated on an individual lot or within a condo project.
• Utilities: Must be permanently connected to utilities, including a septic system.
