New DSCR Seasoning and Cash-Out Improvements!

Our program now includes the following key guideline upgrades.

1. Improved refinance seasoning guidelines – ownership period reduced to 3 months. Before this, most lenders required a 6- or 12-month owner to be on title to finance the property. Well, now that’s changed too.

2. Removed cap on cash-out amount. That cash-out cap was removed before the cap was at $1MM. It is now unlimited cash on hand.

  • Purpose: Purchase, Cash-Out, R/T Refinance
  • Portfolio loans available
  • Loan Term: 30-Year Fixed / 30-Year Amortization
  • Max LTV: Purchase – 80% / Cash-Out – 75%
  • Min FICO: Single Family Rental – 660 / 2-4 Family – 680
  • No tax returns required
  • No lender points charged
  • Eligible Properties: Single Family Rental, 2-4 Family, Warrantable and Non-Warrantable Condo, PUD
